She is not a native speaker of English, but she is pretty good at reading.

She comprehended the passage fully, emily and I just added extra explanation for her to completely understand the paragraphs she is reading.

Buddy Reading March 8th, 2012
Today, Emma read a book called 'FARTIGUS MAXIMUS'. She read it at a constant speed, which helped her progress more than before.
Her voice got louder than before, but still needed improvement on pronunciation. She read well without my help, but fixed some words that were hard to read, like immediately.

Emma completed a single book.
Read well, but still found it hard to pronounciate words like inquiry.
She read louder than the past month.
She kept her pace as she read.
Overall, she is now confident at speaking.
Has improved a lot more than the first time she read her book.

She read emotionally, put some expression to her voice.
Last Buddy Reading
On our last day, we read half of a book and then had a conversation about how this "Buddy Reading helped her.
Emma improved a lot on many sides that I virtually found any mistakes or errors while she read her book.

What should i do next time: next time we have to read a book which is no a comic and work on

We read a book called the Iron women.
WWW: He really improved since the first time we had buddy reading, he is not skipping sentences anymore and his pronunciation has improved a lot.
EBI: Sometimes he is reading so fast that he pronouces nothing which he has to stop doing, and also he has to try no to skip commas.

She knows a lot of vocabulary.
However, she still needs to work on her pronunciation.

Today was our last buddy reading lesson.
I think she improved a lot. Her pronunciation is quite fluent, her reading speed is quite fast.
Since I suggested her to read harder book last week, she didn't know some vocabulary.
I think she needs to work on vocabulary.
Advice that i would give to the people doing it next year

He read 'How to break a dragon's heart'.

However he is a good reader because his pronunciation has improved.
